COX has a great plane to train on! The electra j3 cub is an electric R/C plane for primary flight training. Modeled after a full size trainer, the plane teaches the primary steps of radio control flight.
Using just 2 controls, flight training is simple. There's power control to climb and descend and turn control to steer left and right...all proportionally controlled by a digital radio control system. As flying skills improve, the flight controls can be adjusted for advanced training performance.
This cub assembles in minutes and requires (8) AA Alkaline batteries (sold separately) for the transmitter. Each Electra J3 cub includes a rechargeable flight battery and battery charger. Length:26 in. Wingspan:32 in. Recommended for ages 12 and up.
