The Sunshine 50 is the retro model that rounds out the Cyclone 50 and Tornado 50 trio of motor scooters. With a 49" wheelbase it fits neatly between the Tornado 50 at 48" and the Cyclone 50 at 51". The most obvious difference is the fairing treatment of the Sunshine 50. The thinner front fairing combined with the heavier front fender gives this moped a decidedly retro look. The raised pad at the back of seat, speedometer mounted headlight and visible exhaust pipe round out the look. All three come with the same transmission, and engine, but you get a slighter higher profile tire with the Cyclone and the Sunshine 50. The Sunshine 50 also offers the largest gas tank of the three coming in at 1.3 gallons, and has the largest weight capacity at 330 pounds. The Sunshine 50 also has the highest dry weight at 205 pounds compared to 172 pounds for the Tornado 50 and 188 pounds for the Cyclone 50.
